Andrew Ostenfeld, Director of Music
Andrew has a BFA in Recording Arts from the City College of New York (CUNY).
He started playing piano at a young age and moved to Harlem, NYC after HS to gain hands on experience at renowned music studios such as Eusonia, Masterdisk and The Cutting Room Studios. These experiences led him to pursuing composition and sound design for film, TV, video games, and mobile applications.
Today, Andrew is a full time composer and music educator living in Croton. As the lead Music Teacher at Fusion Academy High School (Greenwich, CT), he uses his diverse set of skills to help students unlock their potential through personalized curriculums that suit each student’s individual interests, strengths and challenges.

When not working on music, Andrew spends his time playing soccer, brewing, hiking, watching nature documentaries and spending time with his dog Mason.
Helen Trieu, Operations Manager
Helen has a BA in Media Communications specializing in Public Relations and Advertising from The City College of New York (CUNY).
After college, she started working in the fashion, non-profit, tech and media industries, with her roles primarily in customer experience, content marketing, branding, and social media.
Today, Helen works full time as the co-owner and Operations Manager for Croton Harmon Music Academy.
Although not a musician herself, she has always had a love for music and believes in it’s therapeutic potential. With opening the school, she hopes to bring that opportunity to as many people as possible in her new home of Croton.
“Music has always been able to bring people together and as a small business that thrives on family and community, we couldn’t of picked a better place if we tried.”
In her free time, Helen enjoys writing short stories, reading, attending concerts, hiking, musicals, traveling, trying new food and cooking.
